Annie’s Policies for a Happy Spa Experience

Appointment Scheduling and Walk-ins: We prefer our guest to schedule appointments for their services, but we realize that pampering may be a spontaneous decision and we ALWAYS welcome walk-ins.  We do our very best to accommodate our walk-in guests, but we must accept our scheduled guest first at their reserved times. Guests with appointments who desire additional but unscheduled services will be gladly obliged as time permits.            

Payment and Prices: We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover and debit cards as well as cash and personal cheques (with proper identification).  Returned cheques are subject to a $37.50 return fee.  Prices are subject to change from this brochure, but are posted in the spa. 

Early Check In: We pride ourselves on smooth and relaxing services and ask that you check in 10  minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.  We know that being late is sometimes an unavoidable fact of daily life and we will do our best to take care of every guest.  However, depending upon scheduling circumstances, it may be necessary to shorten or alter the time of services.                     

Gratuities: Greatly Appreciated!   

                                            Deposit/Cancellation/No Show Policy: We require a $60 deposit for all scheduled parties. This deposit is refundable unless the appointment is not honored or if a cancellation notice is not received 10 days prior.                      

Safety and Sanitation:  Guest comfort and safety are important to us.  Please notify us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to services. This is a non-smoking facility. Especially for the young people’s safety-

• No running or jumping in the spa
• Please follow the instructions of the Spa Technicians at all times
• Spa equipment is sanitized after every use
• Ultraviolet dryers are not used in order to protect young skin.  Gentle moisturizers are used for facials.

If you look at the staff, you see a staff of Moms.  As Moms with kids who are always on the go, we see that even young folks have stresses in their lives as they encounter the pressures of school, activities, athletics and full schedules.  It can all be just a little overwhelming.  Let us help you help them take a few hours to relax and take a break from the everyday grind.  Make a special day of it and pamper them like princesses.  We offer everything that can energize and revitalize your little angels.  We offer everything a little girl under the age of 17 could ever imagine a spa to be: manicures, pedicures, facials, makeup, dress up photos, tea parties, and much, much more!  We do especially fabulous birthday parties—without the planning and worry for the parents.
